This notice came from a local resident urgently seeking a home for this dog. She has been caring for him and feeding him while she visits Baja. The owner of the dog does not want him any more. Can you help?

“His name is Pancho and he has been tied up on a chain for the last 5-6 years used as the “guard dog” almost never walked or pet.
His owner does not care about him and has decided to give him away. Two other neighbors and myself have been taking care of him when we go to Baja for the weekends, buy food, walk him, give him baths and work on training. He’s a really a sweet dog with a great potential to learn  I wish I could adopt him but unfortunately my place is too small where I live in San Clemente Ca.”
